Do you offer “Dial-A-Ride” service to get the elderly to and from doctor appointments from Rolling Hills to Torrance and Palos Verdes?

Hello, FirstServe does not currently offer dial-a-ride services. You might try Access Services for information and eligibility. Information can be found on their website at: http://www.asila.org/home
